My History
I started DJ'ing aged 13 helping my brother run his mobile disco (I did all the work whilst he sat at the bar and I got paid 50p! lol)
We catered for weddings, birthdays and party's etc. and I quickly learnt how important it is to create an atmosphere by reading the crowd to play the right music for them and using the mic to help get the party started! Aged 17 I started my own mobile disco business 'Sound Express Roadshow' gaining contracts with many local hotels and at 18 I moved onto local Club work playing at Cinderella's, Ziggys, Le Beat & Rudi's (Newport)
I then went to London, and auditoned and was selected for International DJ Agency 'Julianas' where I played at venues including The Hilton on Park Lane & The Tower & Thistle (London) & was booked across Europe playing at venues including The Sheraton Hotel (Munich) The Palace Hotel (Gstaad-Switzerland) Big Ben (Winterthur) & Smugglers & Tolstoi (Passau) I then moved back to the UK playing at Clubs including The Ministry Of Sound & The Imperial Gardens (London) and Lloyds, Libertys & Elements (Cardiff) plus presented shows on Bay FM (Cardiff) & Bridge FM (Bridgend)
I've spent several years DJ'ing in Puerto Rico (Gran Canaria) and was resident at the famous Harleys Party Bar, plus Jokers, Space & Donalds, then moved back to S Wales spending 3 years as resident DJ at Rococo (Cardiff) and presenting show's on WWSN Radio. I'm now promoting 'DJ Souls Mobile Disco' in S Wales & The S West and am currently working with TESCO DJ'ing for various Charity's and events and can bring all my experience, enthusiasm, personality and genuine desire to entertain to your special event to ensure that it is truly memorable!
